Founded in 1984 by Mechanical Engineer Kamil Özoğul, TEKIS has been operating for more than 40 years by offering innovative solutions in the industrial sector. Our company, which has assumed a pioneering role in many sectors, especially jewelry and molding, by bringing the first wire erosion machine to Turkey, contributes to the development of the industry by continuously increasing its production power.
In 1995, TEKIS incorporated CNC milling machines and started manufacturing mold sets.
In 2003, TEKIS moved its production activities to a 5000 m² closed area in Kocaeli TAYSAD Organized Industrial Zone. With this strategic step, TEKIS increased its competitive power in the sector and established a strong operation network.
With the importance it attaches to R&D and innovation, TEKIS successfully completed its first R&D project approved by TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB in 2010 and continues to develop advanced technology solutions for the needs of the industry.
Transferring its expertise in molding to the heating and cooling sector in 2011, our company invested in copper tube forming production and serves as a reliable supplier to the main industries in Turkey and Germany.
As of 2021, TEKIS decided to commercialize its R&D projects and established CNC Horizontal Milling Machine, CNC Deep Hole Drilling Machine and Electric Heavy Load Carrying Vehicles production lines and took its place in the global market with its first machine export in 2024.
