TEKİŞ Kalıp & Boru & Makina

Projects

TEKİŞ, which has carried out many projects to date, both using its own power and receiving support from various organisations, has only one goal while implementing these projects: To be able to produce with higher efficiency, independent of human beings, with minimum errors, and at lower costs. TEKİŞ allocates an average of 8.6 per cent of its annual turnover to research and development.

TEKİŞ has carried out 13 projects to date, all of which are geared towards machine manufacturing. It has carried out the design and manufacturing of production benches brought from abroad, used in mold, mold set and pipe manufacturing processes, with domestic resources.

While implementing all these projects, TEKİŞ aims to eliminate quality costs related to human error. All these efforts are aimed at increasing competitiveness. There are also registered patents and utility model protection certificates it has received within the scope of these projects. TEKİŞ has received two patents with examination and one utility model protection certificate to date.

1 – Increasing Our Manufacturing Efficiency by Applying Advanced Management Technologies

The aim here is to be able to manufacture without paper and without drawings by using advanced Capcem software in all design and production. Thus, it was possible to eliminate the highest error and quality cost that was previously made during production.

Having developed R&D projects for machine manufacturing to date, TEKİŞ has designed and manufactured the very costly machines used in the pipe manufacturing process and imported from abroad, using local resources within the company's means.
